4 Week Self-Care Group (4:30 - 5:30PM)

This is a 4-week program running every Thursday from November 30th to December 21st from 4:30 - 5:30PM! Each week we will be doing a new self-care activity including Christmas themed activities such as candle making, decorating personal stockings, making body lotion and a Christmas celebration!
